Mayfair Brands to be distributed throughout the USA

Company aligned with Epic in National Distribution Agreement

On January 12, 2015, the Chairman of Mayfair Brands Ltd, along with their acclaimed Mayfair London Dry Gin, Mayfair English Vodka, and Providencia Golden Rum, proudly announced their exclusive distribution agreement for the entire United States. Partnering with Epic Wine and Spirits, this agreement will establish a dedicated US sales team, comprising over 40 direct representatives tasked with promoting the Mayfair brands across the market.

“Finding the right national distribution partner was critical to our go-forward strategy,” Dr Michael Peirce, Chairman of Mayfair Brands Ltd, said “We really wanted to find a partner that had a successful history of working with ultra-premium brands, with a hefty passion for the drinks business and recognized the quality and authenticity in our English heritage”.

Mayfair is well-known for its luxurious and elegant offerings. Crafted at one of London's last remaining distilleries, the gin and vodka are meticulously produced by a Master Distiller whose family business has thrived for over 300 years. Utilizing small batch stills, only the finest ingredients are used to create these award-winning spirits of the highest quality.

Stephen Duffy, a Founder of Mayfair Brands Ltd, said, “Jeff Hopmayer with Brindiamo worked with us to clear the importer clutter and create a successful strategy for the US market.” Full integration will take place over the next few months. The transaction is between two privately held companies. No details will be disclosed. Brindiamo Group acted as the exclusive advisor to the Company on the transaction.
